Purpose of visit was to address the "Service Engine Soon" dash light.
The error code indicated a problem with torque converter not locking. They performed a test drive and was unable to recreate the error. During the test drive it was noted that the left front wheel bearing was causing noise and when braking there was some vibration. To my surprise the repair estimate was much less than a previous estimate. I agreed to the repairs, and they were performed professionally and timely. All people at the shop were friendly and knowledgeable.

I drove in without an appointment just to have them check out a slight squeel from my serpentine belt. Didn't take long for someone to come out to look at it and quickly diagnosed that it was just a bad (old) belt. They ordered one from the local auto supplier. About 20 minutes later the belt was delivered, they quickly got my Dodge Pickup into the shop and had it changed in another 20 minutes.
