Martha was very friendly and easy to work with. She was helpful in identifying possible properties. I had no specific location in mind and Martha was willing to drive long distances to show me properties. Martha was very responsive when I contacted her with a property I was interested in. She quickly scheduled the showing and met me at the property for the showing. Martha was great to work with when making an offer and during negotiations. She was prompt with the paperwork and answered by questions. She used Docusign so I did not need to sign and fax back paperwork, it was done electronically which made it especially easy. There were issues with the property after the inspection and Martha worked very hard with the seller and seller's agent to resolve issues to our satisfaction. I would definitely work with Martha again in the future.
