Damon Butterfield Well & Pump Repair

First off he charges $225/hr for one serviceman charges $100/hr service truck competitors charge $175/hr inc. service truck. next he says he gave $50 off per hour for veterans discount :-/ so now we are at $275/hr and comp at $175/hr yea not impressed. then charges $440 for partial wire put in well (SPLICED OLD WIRE) even after telling him the day before while picking up my pump I would get a 250' roll for $210, then he charged me for two pipes (which by chance he has two on truck :-/ ) $1492 for 3 1/2 hours I supplied the pump mind you, left review of said service on another review in which he called and asked how to fix this as supposably he doesn't know what others charge and how we can fix this..... I said he could at least pay me back to what would be fair so we came up with $462-$500 and he said give home a couple weeks and he would have my moneys. I WAS HAPPY WE COULD WORK IT OUT.............. TILL HE GHOSTED ME AND NOTHING!!!! No refund no nothing!!! SHOP AROUND?

We contacted Damon Butterfield after getting a recommendation from my Facebook post looking for a pump repairman. I was washing dishes when the water suddenly stopped running. Damon sent out one of his technicians the very next morning. Dakota fixed the problem in a timely, cost effective manner and was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend this company.
