Went extremely well considering the hardest part was finding a company that had this product and when I did they went out of their way to connect me with a contractor and get this done.

After the door was installed it would not close due to manufacturing defects, I contacted Jeld Wen costumer service and they send a technician to correct the problem. The tech made adjustments and the door was closing but little to hard. After few days I noticed that there was air blowing in at the top corner, then couple of weeks later when the temperatures dropped below 32 degrees the door started to freeze at the bottom, lower the temperature higher the frost on my door. I contacted Jeld Wen again and after several visits and several attempts to blame the problem on high humidity or bad installation they informed me that the door meets all industry standards and there is nothing they can do to help me.I am attaching pictures of what Jeld Wen claims are the industry standards.
