I was extremely impressed with John's responsiveness and quality work.  We had a broken cable and had contacted another company initially to repair the cable.  After committing to show up between 2 and 4PM on a Friday, they called at 3:45PM and said they could not come until Monday.  We called John and he said he could be over in 30 minutes because he was on his way home from work (around 4:15PM on a Friday).  John replaced the cables on both doors and lubricated the hinges and rollers.  Incredibly responsive service and a very reasonable price.  I highly recommend this company!

I found them through Angie's List. They are very professional and they came on time. They did a very good job. I have no complaints about them.

He arrived within the time frame he gave. His business was in a different town, but he had no problem with coming that far. He went to his dealer [in another suburb], and returned in a short time to replace the door even tho it was at the end of the work day. This eliminated the need for another trip here [and possibly another charge]. He was friendly and professional.

I was very pleased. They were very professional. He lives about ten houses away and he runs his business out of his garage. I am a friend and neighbor of his. He came right on time. This is our second garage door and the first one was making a lot of racket and noise. When he installed the second door he improved how the first one was running.

We contacted them because of their product and service. They were on time and they cleaned up after themselves. They were easy to deal with.

It was a good experience. I got exactly what I ordered. The price was reasonable as I checked out a couple of other companies. I was very satisfied and would recommend them to other people.
