The Poop Lady

Coleen and her husband were SO AWESOME! They did a fantastic job quickly, met our 3 dogs and were super friendly and personable. I am hiring them full time to do our yard weekly. It is so reasonable and well worth the money!

Colleen is always prompt and professional. She does a great job and always maintains a sense of humor about her work. I would highly recommend both her spring clean up and weekly poop scooping service.

I contacted Colleen and asked about pricing and services. She is very professional and also has a sense of humor about the nature of the job. She said they could come out within the next couple of days as they had other clients in my neighborhood. They did a great job, and she assured me that they would be back to finish the job once the rest of the snow melted. A few days later I received her invoice in the mail. Very easy, very professional. And it is sure nice to have that stuff gone from view!

I contacted The Poop Lady to have pet waste removed from our yard, as we were in need of a spring clean-up. She was very casual on the telephone and could not provide a firm estimate (only a range), which initially concerned me. However, at the end of the day she was prompt, thorough, and the price came at the bottom of the range that she had provided. She was also very prompt given the high demand for her services at this time of year. I called on a MOnday afternoon and the job was done by Wednesday morning.
The only other thing I would recommend is that she dispose of the pet waste herself. I came home to a (double-bagged) container of waste in front of my garage.
