They did a wonderful job! It's an heirloom picture, so they were very careful in framing and matting it. They were very timely in doing the work. They were very helpful in their suggestions as in what would go well with the picture. Their prices were also very reasonable.

I'm a repeat customer, and once again, Jill did a marvelous job. She
will spend as much time as is needed guiding you on the frame and matting
choices. You definitely want to get her input, the woman knows her
business and has an artist's eye herself. I had several original paintings framed.
The end result is spectacular.

Being a last minute type of gal, I grabbed the hubby's diplomas and a picture of the college he attended. I only had 4 days before his birthday. Jumped in my car and headed off to my usual framing place. Got there and "gasp" they had gone out of business. I then jumped on Angie's List and found The Artist's Reward, it was close to my house so I gave them a try. Glad I did, they helped with picking out the right matting and frame. It was done by the hubby's birthday and he really liked how professional it looked. It is hanging in his office and he gets many compliments on it.

My wife took the pictures in to the shop and explained the history of the two paintings, the importance of them to the family, and the general decor of the rooms in which they would be hung. The person manning the shop did an excellent job of helping her pick out frames that would work well with each piece, and explained what would be done to help preserve the print, which was deteriorating in the existing frame it was in.
The work was very professionally and carefully done within a reasonable period of time, and the paintings look great in their new frames.

Jill did an outstanding job. She spent quite a bit of time with me, arranging the objects I wanted included and advising on the matt and framing materials. She even coordinated with the engraving company that was doing a custom brass plate for the frame. I was expecting the work to take several weeks but she got it done in a week. Prompt, professional, excellent quality, very reasonably priced.
