Both my husband and I dreaded this project, but with Tim at the helm it went smoothly and was a great experience. Tim has been in the building business for many years, and has a good relationship with some of the best contractors in the area. We were impressed by the professionalism and skill of all the contractors. Tim kept on top of the house addition progress, and had the contractors coming in one right after the other. The whole process took about 3 months. If there were problems, Tim handled them immediately with good resolution. Instead of headaches and frustration, we were able to enjoy the building process which we attribute to Tim.
