 + 0 moreBoth my husband and I dreaded this project, but with Tim at the helm it went smoothly and was a great experience. Tim has been in the building business for many years, and has a good relationship with some of the best contractors in the area. We were impressed by the professionalism and skill of all the contractors. Tim kept on top of the house addition progress, and had the contractors coming in one right after the other. The whole process took about 3 months. If there were problems, Tim handled them immediately with good resolution. Instead of headaches and frustration, we were able to enjoy the building process which we attribute to Tim.
Description of Work: We had a 1,000 square foot addition added to our house with a full basement. Tim handled everything from finding us an excellent person to draw up our plans to overseeing the project to completion. Tim did the finish carpentry and outside Hardy Plank siding application himself and is quite the craftsman. We were truly impressed.
