Trash pick up is much easier than hauling our own stinky garbage to the dump on the weekends. They have taken everything we've left out for them with no complaints. Sometimes, they miss something at the bottom of the can, or we find a few misc. pieces have drifted out to the surrounding area. Trash can are at times laying down after pick up, but we haven't lost a can or a cover yet! We are billed quarterly. The price has risen slightly ($1.09) since we signed on in May, but there was a warning on this last bill saying that new pricing would be in effect next bill. When signing on, I had a coupon for one month free. The person I spoke with gave me the wrong info regarding how to handle the discount, and it was not shown on our first bill. I called, and they fixed the problem over the phone and credited my account immediately.

SOME WEEKS ARE BETTER THAN OTHERS. THIS PAST WEEK THEY LEFT THE CANS LAYING VERY CLOSE TO THE ROAD. FORTUNATELY I HADN'T LEFT FOR WORK YET OR THEY MAY HAVE ROLLED INTO THE ROAD.

VERY GOOD SERVICE. COLLECTS EVERYTHING PUT OUT FOR ONE PRICE PER MONTH. WILL ALSO PROVIDE UP THE DRIVE SERVICE IF PAID FOR.

THESE PEOPLE ARE O.K. AND JUST THAT. EVERY WEEK IT SEEMS WE ARE CLEANING UP AFTER THEM. WHATEVER THEY DROP OR BLOWS OUT OF THE TRUCK IS IN OUR DRIVEWAY, ON THE ROAD OR IN OUR YARD. IT IS VERY ANNOYING.
