The team began the process with extreme professionalism. They brought in various tradesmen where needed to answer questions and make sure we were aware of any issues that might come up. Rob Monte, Owner, Meridian Homes was very patient in answering our questions as we received several competing proposals. When we decided to go with them, they had just signed a larger job and were unable to commit to the promised schedule. Instead of taking the job and delaying the progress, they called and said they were unable to book for that year. We waited until the spring and they came out again, refreshed their proposal and started the work on time. Rob Monte was very good at keeping us informed every step of the way. His masonry contractor, Surprenant Masonry, Inc, was just as good. The entire team worked very well together to coordinate the job and work within our schedule. We made several changes, were charged fairly and are very happy with the work.
