It was easy to work with Kristen. She was patient and still able to fit me into her schedule after it took me months to decided on my final fabric. She even helped me search for a less expensive fabric in the same color. The final product looks wonderful and was hung professionally. He even came prepared to patch any old holes in the wall after removing the old curtains. I do not live near Hartland and we were able to complete all the work successfully over the phone and using mail. I would recommend her service to anyone in the Chicago area as well.
