Jim Swanson and his team did a good job. Jim has a lot of knowledge and experience as he builds homes too. He is very easy to work with and responds quickly to email/texts/phone calls. If you need ideas or advice or the situation is messy you want Jim to be there! Jim is a nice guy and very trustworthy. If you are working with him and really need him to prioritize your work he will try his best to rearrange his schedule and accommodate you.

After I purchased a house, I decided to renovate my kitchen, two bathrooms and install bamboo flooring throughout the entire house. Always provided honest opinions, which helped us a lot when we needed to make a decision 4. Reasonable pricing and no hidden costs (provided the option to reuse material and possibilities after opening the wall) 5. Unlike other General Contractors, who act like thirty party (middle man), the James Allen builders are the people who do all the handy work, thus this insures the quality of service. 6. Always available and would always promptly respond to emails/calls and had no problem adjusting to meet us when it fit our busy schedule. Overall, they made the renovation process quite simple and very smooth. We are very pleased with the outcome and it was enjoyable due to the excellent service of Justin and James (James Allen Builders). I would highly recommend James Allen Builders to anyone who is looking for a reliable contractor.

The project went great. Justin and his team did a great job. They finished the project within the budget we agreed upon and in less time than was expected. All of the employees were polite and respectful of my wife and 1 daughter. If I could change anything about the process it would be the time I spent up front getting quotes from other people. There work is top notch, there price is extremely reasonable, and the people are great.
