 + -1 moreOur salesman (Dave) was very helpful in selecting our carpet and allowed us to take as many samples as we needed and keep as long as we needed them. Dave measured and planned our installation. The installation was performed on the day promised and went very smoothly. Brian, the installer, even helped move some furniture that I was unable to move myself. They did a great job!
Description of Work: Installed carpet in two large rooms and a staircase.

 + 0 moreIt was fine and they did a nice job. A builder referred them to us, and they used them a lot for carpeting. They had a good collection and there was a sales guy named Steve that we really liked. I don't believe he's there anymore. It looked nice when it was installed and they did a great job. Their premium was definitely in place, but I'm sure I could have got it cheaper, if I had looked around a lot. My biggest aversion is that they are around 40 miles away from my house. If I chose not to use them, it wouldn't in anyway reflect on them as a business. I may use him again. It's not fair enough to say no, as they are far away.
Description of Work: I used Heritage Carpet & Interiors Ltd long time ago, in 2005. We had built a new house that time and they supplied the carpets for us. They had an interior decorator that worked with us, on picking things for the whole house and helped fix the carpeting out.

 + -1 moreThey did a wonderful job. They came out right on time and worked very well. They were very clean and professional. I had them out with another carpeting company and they were heads above the other competition. Dave was our sales man and he did a wonderful job of helping us.

 + -1 moreI THOUGHT THEY WERE A BIT PRICEY, BUT WE DID PICK AN EXPENSIVE CARPETING. THEY DID NOT VACUUM CARPETING WHEN COMPLETE, WHICH I THOUGHT WOULD HAVE BEEN A NICE TOUCH. MOVED FURNITURE IN AND OUT CAREFULLY.
Description of Work: REPLACED CARPETING IN GREAT ROOM, THREE BEDROOMS AND WALK-IN CLOSET.

 + -1 moreI THOUGHT THE LABOR WAS A BIT HIGH ON PRICE, BUT THE WORK WAS NICE. THEIR DESIGN PERSON DID A NICE JOB OF SELECTING CLOTH IN HANDSOME PATTERNS.
Description of Work: REFURBISHED AND UPHOLSTERED TWO LARGE SOFAS AND CHAIR IN NICE CLOTH. HALF THE COST WAS THE CLOTH. SOFA NEEDED SOME WORK FROM SEVEN YEARS OF USE.

Description of Work: WE HAD A VERY DIFFICULT TIME FINDING A NATURAL WEAVE SISAL CARPET AND MET WITH STEVE WARD FROM HERITAGE. HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP US FIND IT AT ANOTHER STORE AND WAS VERY INVOLVED IN THE INSTALLATION WHICH PROVED DIFFICULT BECAUSE OF THE TYPE OF CARPET IT WAS.
