Efficient service. Even as a new customer in the heat of summer, was able to get an appointment within a few days. And when there was a cancellation, I was able to get service even sooner.

My furnace went out on a Sunday and I called the emergency number listed on their website. One of the technicians called me back within 15 minutes. While I was on the phone he helped me troubleshoot the situation. Unfortunately none of the things he mentioned worked. He then told me the cost difference for coming out on Sunday vs. waiting until Monday and my wife and I decided to wait (luckily it didn't drop below freezing that night). He came out early the next morning, and called me telling me that my furnace was fixed for less than $200. My wife and I were very pleased with the entire process.

Called Dave Droegkamp Heating for a quote on replacing my central air unit, which had stopped working. Their representative Dan made an appointment and came out and quoted me a price that was much better than a previous quote from another firm. He also quoted me on replacing my 23-year-old furnace, and offered a discount to replace both of them at the same time. I also received discounts for not financing and for being an Angie's List member! I accepted the quote, and two days later the crew arrived to do the work. They did a great job, and completed everything in just over 5 hours! Great price, outstanding service, and I would recommend them any time!

"Given the 90+ degree heat that caught everyone off guard early in the season, we try to prioritize cooling emergencies before general maintenance, to restore cooling for those with without, paying special attention to the elderly, sick, infants, etc. We do schedule in windows and the 20 minutes is in reference to the technician making a courtesy call when in route to the customers home. It is not possible to predict guaranteed arrival times as there is no way of knowing with any certainty how long the prior appointments may take and each customer deserves our full attention. We work exhaustively to provide the best most timely service we are able to as seen in our overwhelming A ratings. We sincerely apologize if we are not able to meet everyone's individual expectations, we do understand you have a choice with who you do business with. This is never taken lightly."

I was able to get an appointment at the time I requested two days after calling them. (I still had heat.) The service person John arrived on time early in the morning, identified the issue and did his best to repair it. The furnace was very old and the part that needed replacement couldn't be obtained. For safety reasons he decided to shut it down and replace it that day. The whole crew was excellent, from John arranging financing to the crew installing the new furnace. They were respectful, friendly, and kept my house clean by placing a tarp on the floor from the back door to the basement door. I was able to work from home with a space heater in my office that day, so I didn't freeze while waiting for the installation crew to arrive and get the new furnace installed. I checked in on them a couple times and was amazed at how fast the project was getting done. The price was lower than I expected and John covered all the options I had. He did an excellent job of measuring and determining the correct furnace to order. The new furnace along with the connecting ductwork they fabricated fits like a glove where the old furnace had been! I no longer have to worry that my house is going to blow up when the furnace comes on. As a bonus, I had a whole house humidifier installed, which I couldn't do on my old furnace. Say bye to room humidifiers!

The salesperson gave us many options, and we liked that we could replace just our furnace, and keep our existing AC unit, until it fails, keeping our overall costs way down. Also, to be competitive, they also included a free upgrade to a programmable / wifi thermostat, which we have greatly enjoyed, compared to our old cumbersome programmable one. We also qualified for both a energystar rebate, as well as a tax rebate, both of which they provided the necessary certificates / paperwork.

the capacitor cost is 35.00, they charged me 149.00 for the part and 109.00 for service call, the apprentice did the work while the leader played with my dog, they were here aprox 15 min it disappointing that they would ripe me off for an extra 100.00 after we have been a long time customer for last 15 years

We use them for tune ups of the furnace, and they were the ones who installed it. I haven't had any problems with them. They installed the heating system; I believe when the house was built and I'm happy with it, so I would say they are a good company.

I've been using them as my heating and A/C contractor for years. They're very good. I use them all the time. I like them. They have prompt service. They are pleasant people. They have a fair price. They're not necessarily the cheapest but they're fair. I would definitely use them in the future.
