I appreciate that Carl and Wendy were willing to discuss and revise the plan over a four month period before work was scheduled. All my inquiries and questions were answered promptly and to my satisfaction. By the time work was scheduled, I was confident that we had worked out all the details and that the work was in the hands of consummate professionals. I appreciate the attention to detail by the crew and concrete designer. I'm thrilled with the results!
