 + -1 moreDAVE SEEMED OVER WHELMED BY THIS JOB. HE LEFT IT WITHOUT EVER COMPLETING THE FINISH WORK UPSTAIRS. HE WAS NICE, BUT HIS SUBCONTRACTORS WERE UNEVEN, AND HE DIFINITELY WAS NOT A PERFECTIONIST ON THIS JOB.
