The owner name is Bruce Black. I try to have him work on my car when I go there, but it doesn't matter. The price is great. I had nothing major done. My car is 10 years old, but I don't even have 50,000 miles on it. I couldn't drive it for 2 years, and I don't drive it that far. I'll drop my car off, and someone from there will bring me home, I don't have to wait. When they're done, someone will pick me up. It's a great facility. The latch in my trunk was not working right, and I found a bolt in my trunk. All of a sudden the trunk was not working at all. I put my finger in and it was loose. I feel around for the bolt, I find the bolt, I take the bolt, and I lined up the mechanism, I stick it in, and I start turning it and realized the other one was loose above it. It was probably loose from going over too many bumps. I took the car to Bruce. I told him what happened, and asked him did he have a minute to tighten it up. I didn't have any appointment or anything. He did it at no charge.

I'll drop my car off and somebody from there will bring me home so I don't have to sit and wait. Then when they're done, they'll pick me up.
