 + -1 moreThe vacuum was not holding a charge. They sent me a new battery free of charge and it still wouldn't hold a charge. They sent battery charging unit and it still didn't hold the charge. I took the whole thing back. They had no problem taking the vacuum back, but they wouldn't refund the $9 for the warranty. I bought it from them. I got into a whole thing with them about it. Don't screw around with me. Long story short; they gave me my money back. They have really stupid return policies. I don't have a choice but to shop here. Walmart is the only store in Hartford. I have written to other stores trying to get them to come here. Walmart sucks.
Description of Work: I purchased a vacuum. I also bought the two year full warranty.
