Barb was the most unprofessional, inconsiderate and disrespectful agent I have ever worked with. I don't want to sound like I am just bitter for not getting the house I wanted but please hear out my story. We saw the house within an hour of it being posted and called our agent for a showing that night. She waited till later the next night to let us see the house. We put in an offer an offer for the house immediately after seeing it that night. She again ignored us until late the next day not returning our agents multiple messages thought the day. She then tells us there are other offers on the house. After talking to my Agent we decide to put in another offer but needed more details. Again Barb does not answer or return any calls for over 4 hours. We put the offer through the best we could missing the information we desperately needed to make a solid competing offer so we went full asking price. The next day rolls around and again my agent spends the whole day trying to follow up on our offer and she won't return his calls. Finally later that night he gets the offer back rejected. No reason just rejected. Our agent spent 2 days trying to follow up on why we were not even counter offered since we had no contingencies, great loan and were willing to be flexible for anything that was an issue. There is a level of professionalism that you expect even if you are on the opposing team. I don't know what kind of shady games she was playing with us but I hope no one ever has to work with this lady buy or selling.
