We have a large transparent blind installed in our patio door area to block harmful rays from the sun. The blind is lowered and raised with a chain-like device which would no longer work.
We called Jerry and talked to him about the problem. He told us how to remove the old clutch mechanism so we could bring it over to Hartford for him to look at.
Jerry determined that we needed a new Roll-Ease Clutch and ordered it on October 1, 2012 and we picked it up on October 11, 2012.
We installed the replacement clutch and cannot believe how well the blind now operates.
Jerry was great to work with and provided excellent service.

Shopping at their store was a good experience. No high pressure tactics. Carpet arrived and was installed on time and in a very professional manner. The installers (headed by Jim Schnorenberg) were very courteous and respectful of the walls and other floors bordering the work area. We had a nice sized piece of carpet left over and they took it back and sewed edging on it to make a nice area rug. No charge for this. We will definitely use them again!
