Unfortunately the project was delayed a long time because of rain, wet grounds and more and more rain. But, once it got going, the work was done well and in a reasonable amount of time.

The service was excellent. Two guys came out and it took them about a day to do the job. If I were to recommend them, I would say they are excellent. The price was fair.

Great! Mike is easy to work with and does a great job.

It went great. I continue to use them for everything. He has done my kitchen, bathroom, and repaired woodpecker damage. He has also done new windows and doors.

They were excellent, on time, and very professional. They did a lot of things for a reasonable price.

My experience with this company is very good and everything went smooth. Overall I was very happy with the finished work. Mike paid close attention to details and we had good communication during the project. Everything was done exactly as discussed. He was flexible and made modifications during the project with a fair time and materials charge. Mike even built a custom flower box to hide an exterior concrete window sill on the lower part of the garage. I felt like I definitely received the quality and the service I was looking for when researching companies. I would use MKL Construction again.

We had some water leakage around windows into our home and into basement drywall. Had other construction contractors and window specialists give us opinions over pervious the years. One company couldn't find source of leak into drywall and just repaired it but problem came back. Window company blamed condensation and caulking, and we had the windows re-caulked but the problem persisted. Mike Leidel (MKL Construction), when he came to look at our house, identified original construction flaws in flashing, showed us defects / areas where caulking was never done or had deteriorated, and pointed out evidence of water leakage and damage behind our siding and to the siding to itself as a result. Seemed familiar with the problem and had done similar work / repairs in the area. Explained to fix problem entire siding needed to be re-done, with proper flashing and sealing around windows, and windows that had failed needed to be replaced. He also Tivek wrapped the home (this was never done in the past..).

The work started a little later than we thought, and took a little longer than we expected, but the house looks beautiful, there are no more leaks, and he recommended some additional finishing touches to make it look really nice. Other contractors on our home have commented on the high quality / workmanship and appearance of the exterior / siding.

He helped us with our insurance claim by providing documentation and talking with our insurance adjuster, and came to our home to meet with the adjuster in person and point out / go over the damage.

The vast majority of the work was done by Mike, himself, and 1 other worker, also named Mike. Occasionally they would have an extra person to finish large segments or if one of them had to be somewhere else. They did not leave any mess or make excessive noise, and were very professional and always working when we saw them. MIke was reachable by phone pretty much any time for questions or to discuss the job. The original estimate was accurate, except for things we changed or added along the way.

The shower tile grouting, which was an extremely minor job compared to the exterior / siding and windows, was done quickly at the end, and I would say is not as beautifully done.

Excellent outcome on all projects, and we get compliements all the time about the archway he creatred as an alcove for our flat screen tv.

MIKE WAS AN EXCELLENT WORKER. HE WAS FRIENDLY, PROMPT, AND HAD GREAT IDEAS FOR A COUPLE 'EXTRAS' WE DECIDED TO ADD TO THE GARAGE. HE WAS EXTREMELY EFFICIENT AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
