In general they did an excellent job. We contacted H.I.S later in the fall and had some difficulty finding a time they could come out and do the work, but ultimately they actually came out he week of Christmas and performed the work.
I brought up a couple of issues that I was a concerned about and they were very responsive.
I would use H.I.S. again without a question and recommend as well.
