Excellent, prompt services. Even though I have the original blue prints from the original builder/previous owner, Rodger noticed that the builder may not have followed the prints exactly. He also suggested some additional attention in some other areas of the home for support and came up with a reasonable solution for wall removals. I will be able to go with confidence to the building inspector with our project.

Great. Rodger understood my request and the need to have completed asap. He went out of his way to meet with me the next day, and completed the report by the end of the day, as promised. Even though my project was minor, Rodger was willing to help when other firms wouldn't even return my phone call. Thank you.

Excellent. Epang provided a Foundation Engineering Report which included site information, conditions that might be contributing to the problem, detailed notes of general conditions: water issues, structural issues, and maintenance issues, and Maintenance and Repair Recommendations. Included was a detailed diagram of the basement, complete with measurements. Epang had the report available within hours of the inspection. Pleased with efficiency as there was a pending contract and time was of the essence. Found out Friday evening what was being requested from the potential buyer; Epang was available the following Monday morning for an inspection. Had the report in hand midday. Appreciative that we were able to keep the momentum moving forward with the buyer contract.
