DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!! At the onset of this project I was extremely confident in their professionalism and ability to complete my project in a timely manner with excellence. However, what was promised as a 2 Day Process has now turned into a 4 Week Process and my confidence in Black Rhino Garage Floors is completely shattered. Please see a recap of the timeline below: DAY 1 - WEDNESDAY My project should have started on Wednesday, as I was promised the crew would arrive between 10am-2pm. After missing Charles call, I saw his text that afternoon and I called back. He informed me he had an issue on another job and in turn my project would be delayed until Thursday morning and completed by Friday. He said they could have started Wednesday afternoon, but he wanted them to start with fresh eyes on Thursday. I trusted that decision only because he promised a Friday completion. DAY 2 - THURSDAY He promised they would arrive by 10am on Thursday. They did not arrive until after 12 noon. Within 45 minutes of arrival the entire crew left for an hour lunch. They then worked until 4pm and promised they would be back Friday morning by 8-8:30am for Phase 2 and return Friday evening at 7pm to complete the job. DAY 3 - FRIDAY Friday morning the 3 man crew turned into a 1 man crew, and he arrived late, shortly before 9am. There was no communication of the delay. But upon Sean’s arrival I was then informed the project wouldn’t be finished until Saturday and Charles confirmed the same. At 4pm before leaving, he promised to come back Saturday morning between 8:30-9am to finish. DAY 4 - SATURDAY Saturday morning I expected his arrival as promised by 8:30-9am. 10 minutes before arriving, I received a text that you would arrive late at 9:30am. After arriving at the new time, the 2 man crew stayed for a short time and then left without notice. Shortly after I received a text saying they would return in 1 hour. They did not return until 1:30pm. That is 4 hours later. They were done by 3pm and said he would return at 7pm Saturday evening to complete the job. Once again, the crew arrived late at 7:15pm and it wasn’t until 7:50pm that I realized once again they left without notifying me. Once I called you to see what happened, he explained that the floor was not cured and they would return Sunday morning to complete the job. I couldn’t believe they left without speaking, my doors were unlocked and lights on for 35 minutes and I had no idea, thinking they were still working. DAY 5 They crew once again arrived late and had an attitude. Sean explained that he tried ringing the doorbell before leaving but I never answered. I asked him to not leave again without knocking, yelling my name or ringing the door bell. I guess it upset him because minutes later he packed up all of his gear and left without warning. Literally abandoned the job completely. After calling Charles, he said Sean left because he didn’t like my attitude. Charles then informed me he was going to meet with Sean to get the materials to complete my floor and he would see me that afternoon. Charles never came. Instead he said someone will be there on Monday to complete it. He was not apologetic or willing to come and finalize the floor. DAY 6 Sean arrives and late but he returns to finish the floor. He arrives with Charles and they finally placed the top layer on. Unfortunately the Charles did not stay until the end and Sean left several errors. The floor has craters where the metallic didn’t spread. There were tiny bugs that got into the floor as well, which could have been avoided had they closed the doors. After 3 weeks of broken promises, excuse after excuse, late arrival, poor workmanship he did come to fix the floor but they made it even worse by carelessly splattering the material on the floor. I wouldn’t trust Charles or Black Rhino with installing a light bulb let alone my floor. I regret the day I let them into my house. I asked for a refund and the refused. I will have to hire someone else. You can’t trust them.

Brian and his entire installation team produced A+ work from Start to Finish. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional team that can produce excellent results.
