The awning has not yet been installed. This company get theirs awning from Florida and say they are waiting for it to be delivered. Another 2 months of summer will be gone without an awning. To be fair, when I gave them my deposit it was with the understanding that it would 7 weeks before they would do the work. The 7 has come gone.

Job order was incorrectly placed. Then when it arrived and did not fit the installers dealt with the original company and then I found out there was additional cost for installation. No accommodation for the delay or problems. Per customer service.
