Badgerland was here same day within 1 hour. Fixed a problem with a septic smell that 2 other firms could not find. Found a cracked toilet seal. Excellent diagnosis and correction!! Definitely recommend them again.

We needed someone to come out to find the cause of the horrible sewage odor from our mound system. I went onto Home Advisor and found Badgerland Plumbing and called at 3:40 in the afternoon but figured late afternoon on a Friday would not be a good thing. As soon as I explained to Jared what my concern was, he said he would be out in 25 minutes, showed up on time and worked until he could assure us we were in no danger. He checked everything and replaced a leaky water fixture in the basement that he felt was allowing odor from the new pump that was just installed in our mound system to enter the house. He explained everything he was doing, was courteous, friendly and asked that we call him the next day to let him know if the problem was resolved. We couldn't be happier and yes, I will hire them again. Thanks Home Advisor & Jared from Badgerland Plumbing.

Only dinged Jarad a bit on the service because he didn't explain how he set the dial the water softener (only that it was set to match the previous softener). I am trying to contact the manufacturer so I can understand the process, since I might want to adjust in the future. And I'm not really sure how much I was charged for labor, because it was not broken out on the receipt. Arrived when he said he would, did a nice job of installation, protected carpeting thru the finished part of the basement... excellent installation experience.

Jared did a wonderful job removing our old sump pump and installing a new one. He also installed a new facet on the washtub which was hard plumbed. We are very happy with his work and would hire him again or recommend him.

Jarred was on time in fact he was early witch I was very pleased to see. Jarred was very friendly, he listened to me and pointed out some issues that I have with the plumbing in the house witch I plan on having him fix. I was so impressed with his workmen ship and totally shocked at how cheap the bill was. It is very hard to find a good contractor in any field. I plan on using Badger land again in the near future for some upgrades to our plumbing. Great Job Badger land!
