replacement windows
+ -1 moreHe kept pushing a certain window which I did not want and kept giving me all these excuses of why he could not come out. He finally made 2 screened windows for me so far for the amount of 460.00 which we said to put towards the 18000.00. He still has not done the windows and will not give me my money back.
Description of Work: He was supposed to make some storm windows for me. I made a downpayment of 1800.00.
