Started with a walk through and drawing up plans. We had several contractors come out and give bids. Tony was by far the most attentive, listened to what we really wanted, gave options and ideas we had not considered, offered cost saving ideas and ultimately won the job. Other contractors were pushing their own products, short cuts, not pulling permits and not really listening to what we wanted to have done. Tony submitted a great timeline, very detailed, lists of supplies/products we needed to pick out and purchase and by what date. He was flexible with our time and some limitations. He allowed time for us to paint and finish woodwork - an option that saved us thousands of dollars. We really appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to come back and fix things to our liking and high standards. He regularly consulted on how we liked the project, how to finish details, took drawings that I had made up and worked them into plans. He did a particularly nice job with the tile in front of our kitchenette and around the gas fireplace. This has added a wonderful space for our family and friends to spend time. We are exceedingly pleased with Aand N Contracting and their work.

Tony and Nate at Aand N are outstanding to work with. Every project they have done for us thus far has turned out better than I expected. From them blowing out our kitchen window/wall and installing a new sliding patio door, to our back yard fence, the work was absolutely top notch! We will be calling them again soon to install our new kitchen floor.
We couldn't be happier with our experience and look forward to dealing with them again soon!
