Work was completed timely and no issues with the completed repair. Had some difficulty getting a response on when calling to check on it, but nothing major. I would definitely return in the future.

We have 145,000 miles on our 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport. Over the last couple years, the transmission would sometimes slip out of gear and would provide uneven power when in reverse. In the last couple months it started raising transmission error codes. I spoke with a friend who had heard good things about TNS Transmissions so we took it there for an estimate.
As part of their diagnosis they performed a fluid and filter replacement to see if this might address the issue. They charged us $125 for the diagnosis and service. They explained what they believed to be the transmission issue and how it would affect us. They quoted $1800 for a 3-day repair and said they would credit the $125 if we chose to have the work done. A couple weeks later we decided to do the work. On a Saturday I sent in an email using the company's website (http://www.tnstransmissions.com) and asked if I could bring my vehicle in the following Tuesday. I received a call on Monday stating that I could drop the car off that night or bring it in early Tuesday and the job would be done by Thursday afternoon. We dropped it off on Monday night (there was actually someone still in the shop late Monday who personally took my key drop) and I got a call late morning on Thursday stating the work was complete.
When we picked the vehicle up the price was as quoted (including reasonable fees and tax) and included the credit from the previous work. The transmission performs well and the work was completed on quote and earlier than we expected. We are very pleased with this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

After checking several other places, we found TNS had the best price. They also were able to look at the truck and give an estimate the day we called. The work was performed on time and was in fact cheaper then originally estimated. Very friendly and professional to deal with. Every other place we called would send the truck elsewhere for the work to be performed, thus costing more and adding a "middle man". It was nice to know TNS was going to do the work themselves and give a guarantee of 12 month/12,000 miles. Thanks for a job well done!!
