She helped with our relocation from NC. Sharon worked with our realtor in NC initially. She helped us on a very tight time line to see about 40 properties. Throughout the offer process, Sharon provided great counsel and was extremely patient as we learned the area. At closing and walk through, Sharon was great about pointing out things that needed to be completed with Seller. Really followed up thoroughly. After the sale, Sharon came to our home and wanted to continue to assist us. We had an issue with the seller over items in the contract, we ended up in court about the contract. Sharon provided key information which helped us win our case!
