We were looking for a quick sale and not necessarily top dollar since we were heading into winter. Dave explained that the market gets really slow after thanksgiving. He suggested a price that was about $5000 less than other agents had given us. We agreed and had an accepted CASH offer within 3 weeks. Dave also drove to Wauwatosa 3 times to have my mom sign paper work for her house in franklin, very nice touch. The house sold for $2500 less than listed for. He did accomplish what we were looking for.
