I had a knee surgery so I hired them to clean my house. It was excellent and I was very happy

Took way more time than originally estimated by the owner of the business, even though he brought in more personnel than originally planned. This ended up in substantially higher cost. Although some areas were done very well, other areas in the home were only done after we pointed out to them that they had skipped them or were not done at all. The estimate given was not useful given the length of time it took to partially complete the work (much longer than quoted) despite having more maids than originally planned. More importantly, I ended up paying much more than quoted!! My advice if you choose this company is to ask them to start with the areas that need the most work and are hardest to clean. Otherwise, they may spend a lot of time running the vacuum over the carpets (like what was done in my case) that you may end up having to hire another company to steam them anyhow.

We use Molly Maid of Southern Milwaukee County.  They come every other week.  There not as thorough as they originally were.  We see more items that are missed cleaning more.

Places missed such as master suites bathroom's mirrors; kitchen sink et al, price mixed up from quotation.

This is a professional and well organized company. They do excellent work.

They come regularly and I've used them for 3 years. I have a regular set of cleaners since I have been with them for a while and I am partial to the ladies that come out to clean. They do a good job. They are flexible.

They are excellent. They have always done a great job. They make sure our house is really clean and usually we're not home but if we are home they're very courteous. It's a really great service. I will definitely use them in the future.

I use their services every two weeks to every week. I am satisfied with the work that is provided and I plan to use their services in the future.

They don't do anything extra other that what you tell them to, but I have them break things that they have had to repair and replace and they have done that. So they do take care of that.

They did a good job and we are happy with what they did. They were just very thorough and professional. They responded pretty quickly. They actually came out a week after we contacted them. I would use them again in the future too.

Communication was great and the cleaners showed up when they said they would. They provided me with an estimate that the cleaning would take 1 - 1 1/2 hrs. They charge an hourly rate, and based on that rate for the quoted amount of time, I found the price to be fair for three professional cleaners. 3 hours later, they finished and I was worried about the significantly higher price that I was now facing. The manager called me and explained that the cleaning took longer than expected but that he would discount the bill to something closer to what we had discussed. I thought that was great and appreciated him keeping the price close to what had been estimated. When I had a look at the apartment, I was disappointed. I had pointed out a few places that needed special attention and those were clean, but the level of the rest of the "general" cleaning was unimpressive. It's hard to quantify cleanliness, but like I said, the place was already pretty clean before they started, and I was expecting that after 3 professional cleaners were in there for 3 hours, it would be impressively clean. Instead, as I looked around, I saw several things that would have been better if I'd done the work myself. It probably would have taken me half a day to do the cleaning, but that's what I will do next time, because $200 is too much for a sub par job, in my book.

It went well and I would recommend their services again. Of course it would have een less expensive if done more often. The owner called a few days later for feedback

I've used them for several years and I'm delighted with them. I have them come out every 3 weeks. Every time they come, it's $85 so every 3 weeks I spend $85. They are very good. I've had them for may be 3 or 4 years (I lose track) I have been fortunate to have 2 of the same ladies for almost the whole time which is very unusual so they must be doing something right. They are efficient and prompt. Their price is right and they do a good job. They are excellent overall. I am surprised that they haven't raised their prices on all these years. I started at $85 and I'm still at $85. Those services may be don't go up in price that much. I would continue to use them in the future.

We use them every 3 weeks. They are effcient, on time, and ususally 2-3 people come. They are in and out within the hour.
