LES'S GLASS & MIRROR

I needed the 8' x 5' double pane picture window replaced after the original unit cracked and compromised the seal leading to irreversible misting. The unit had probably been installed in the 60's. I had no desire to replace the entire window (which also included 2 fold out lower windows) with a modern window. Les's Glass was quite happy to replace just the sealed unit and I received no up sell pressure. Throughout the process, I was very happy with the interaction with Les's Glass including the initial contact, measurement appointment and, finally, installation. The work was completed professionally and in the specified time-frame. All representatives of the company were easy to deal with. I highly recommend this company.

I called on a Saturday afternoon, probably 45 minutes before the closing time posted via Google. I briefly explained what I was looking for and asked what would likely be the cost. I was placed on hold for nearly 8 minutes and no one ever returned to the phone. I agree with the comment from a couple of years ago that you don’t get a second chance to make a first impression. It was very poor customer service.

Didn't get past the first phone call. After getting disconnected the first time. The receptionist was abrupt, curt and unapologetic. Too busy. Seemed annoyed that I was calling. Advice: "You only have one chance to make a first impression" - dont blow it. You never know how much business is on the other line.

This was an artistic piece with multiple layers of etching, which added depth to the scene and produced an effect which far exceeded a standard stencil etching.  The overall effect was to make the scene come alive.  The price was somewhat more than the competition, but don't let this deter you; the quality was well worth it. 
Product was ready ahead of agreed upon deadline.

We needed to replace 6 windows in our home. One had cracked at the end of the winter and 5 were fogged, including a large picure window. The company that we had bought the windows from (ATEC) had gone out of business and our warrenty was voided by the bankruptcy court. We didn't want to replace the whole window because the frames were good so we asked Les's Glass if they could do the job. I had talked to a receptionist there and then emailed her some info about the windows. She was going to have an estimate sent to me. I didn't recieve one so after a couple of weeks I called back and then she sent me an estimate. I decided to have the work done, so they sent a guy out to measure the windows and give options. After  I made my choice they wrote up a formal proposal and emailed it to me. I paid for half up front and when the glass came in, two guys came out to do the fob. The work went well and they were done quicker than expected. Also they were very nice. One guy even offered to take my recycle can down to the curb for me since it was trash pickup day. I'm very satisfied with the work and would definitely use them again.

They measured, gave estimate and installed(took 3 weeks to get the glass) our master shower glass enclosure.

Everyone we worked with was professional, easy to work with and punctual.

l.  The only problem we have is that we feel we payed a premium for the glass enclosure, but there is no way

of telling how to grade the glass and how the enclosure is made before you order it.  Couldn't get ourselves to go with a

large warehouse store for the master bath.  It turned out to be a stunner and have had many good comments on it.

The only problem I had is they got some glue on our brand new rectangular floor tile, which I was compensated for. It

was hard work to remove the glue and stain but it did eventually come out.

Everything went very smoothly.  The measured the window initially to provide an estimate. We placed the order. Then they returned to do a tracing of the opening to assure that the new window would fit exactly into the existing opening. I appreciated this extra step to assure a professional job.  The window came and was installed in 90 minutes.  I am very pleased  with their work.  Considering other people , like Tod and Tod wanted  $1200 to replace the entire window, this $350 alternative was a deal. Try them for any broken seals in your windows before buying a whole new window.

I Called 4 days ago to have someone come out and measure 6 windows that need the glass replaced at which time the woman took may name ,phone number etc.  After 4 days I called and asked why no one has returned my call.  The same lady answered, put me on hold for 5 to 7 minutes only to come back on to say it would be 2 weeks before someone could come out to give an estimate.  When I asked her why no one had returned my call she told be that  they have been way to busy!!!
They are way to busy to return customers phone calls... they won't be busy for long with this type of customer care.

It went very good.

We had issues with water coming out on one side, and they came and re-caulked the seam with no complaints. There were a couple of scratches made on the metal track during installation, and they replaced the pieces and reinstalled easily.

I went in with the broken mirror and while they could have made one there, they contacted a vendor to see if they had them in stock.  They were able to get one that way which saved us money.  While it wasn't a great deal of money, it was great customer service and very much appreciated.  I would return in a heartbeat and would refer them.

The service gal that we dealt with was a little short with us. All in all we are happy with our door.

WE HAVE 30 PLUS YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH THESE FOLKS AND THEY ARE WITHOUT EQUAL. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH LES GLASS. I WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE THEM SERVICE MY GLASS NEEDS FOREVEER

No problems - final results very nice.

They came out the same day I called them, and the job was completed in less than 24 hours. It was a very complicated job, but they did exceptional work and for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

Serviceman came to my house on both occasions. Parts were ordered and new parts installed. The serviceman was friendly and knowledgeable. Work was completed in a timely manner at my convenience and for the pre-agreed upon amount. A very nice company.

They did a great job in designing new front doors with sidelights to our specifications. When there was a minor flaw in one sidelight, they removed it and took it back to their shop to correct the slight flaw quickly and effectively. They also gave some other great recommendations that saved some money overall.

STORE CLERK HELPED ME CHOOSE THE DECORATIVE EDGING FOR THE REPLACEMENT MIRROR. THE NEW MIRROR HAD A CRACK ON IT WHEN WE PICKED IT UP, WHEN WE CALLED ABOUT THE PROBLEM, THE MANAGER WITHOUT QUESTIONING OFFERED TO REMAKE THE MIRROR AGAIN. THE PROBLEM AROSE AND THIS COMPANY QUICKLY STEPPED FORWARD WITH A SOLUTION. EVEN THOUGH THERE WERE SOME PROBLEMS THE COMPANY WAS VERY RESPONSIVE.

WE WENT TO SEVERAL PLACES, BUT ONE OF THE THINGS I REALLY LIKED ABOUT LES'S IS LES ACTUALLY DEALT WITH US IN THE SHOWROOM, AND HE'S ALSO VERY HONEST ABOUT WHAT WE COULD EXPECT IN THE FINAL PRODUCT. HE OFFERED SOME OF HIS INPUT FROM HIS EXPERIENCE. WE WENT WITH A FRAMED GLASS THAT HE TOLD US ABOUT AND THE FRAMED GLASS OFFERS MORE STABILITY. HE DID NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR ANY LEVELING ISSUES WITH THE DOORS OR IF THE TUB SURROUND WAS OUT OF SQUARE.
