We were very happy with the quality of Brian's work and impressed by the depth of his knowledge.  We hired him because he has experience renovating historical homes.  The foundation of the existing garage on our property was failing and we needed to rebuild the entire garage/foundation.  Our project was very unusual in that our garage was located on a hillside and along the property line, so there was extensive foundation work (thus the cost-it wasn't your typical garage build).  We met with several other contractors before hiring Brian and the cost estimates were all the same.  Brian worked with us to help us design a garage that would match the historical character of the house and would stay within our budget.  The subcontractors that he used were all for the most part very good as well.  Brian was pleasant to work with and we would recommend him to other people.
