Contractor quoted rubber roof and then talked me into a cold tar roof with pea gravel over the top. Said it would be a better long lasting roof. The roof immediately leaked. Contractor said it needed to heat up with sunlight. it was October. Ithas now been almost a year. The sunand heat did not magically seal the roof. Two of the 4 roofs leak bad. Contractor was supposed to meet me in spring to go over and fix. never showed. Cant get him to return a call now. This guy is a hack. dont trust him.
