We have used this cleaning service for many years. They are very reliable, only missing cleaning appointments on very rare occasions. Their surface cleaning (kitchen counter, bathroom, floors, etc.) is pretty good, as long as there is not too much clutter to work around. They don't do a very good job dusting, or doing very deep cleaning (moving furniture, etc.)
