Chris was recommended to us in early 2011. At that time, we had contacted her to discuss listing our duplex for sale. During that meeting, Chris was very honest about the market and current real estate prices in our neighborhood. Her feedback led to our decision not to list our house for sale at that time. It was obvious that she was looking out for our best interest and not just looking for a listing.
In the fall of 2011, we contacted Chris again to discuss converting our duplex to a single-family home and listing it for sale. Chris gave great advice on what to improve without spending more than we would get back in the sale. She worked hard to sell our home in 72 days in a tough market and helped us find the home we plan to raise our family in. She went above and beyond for us on many occasions, and we can't thank her enough.
