They charge $60 to check it out, they called the next day with Est. told me it would be $160 less my deposit for check out and I could have it the next day. I've had it back a couple of weeks now with no issues. I'll be happy if I get a couple more years out of this TV, it is just under 4 years old right now.

We took in our television set twice. The first time it lasted a year, the second time they didn't even look at it for a week, then they hurriedly looked at it and said it needed a new part. It took a few weeks to get the part, and when they fixed it, it stopped working again the next day. They said they'd come pick up the TV and fix it at no charge, so they picked it up, and it's been two weeks and I haven't heard back from them yet. Their hold music is obnoxious, and I was on hold for a long time.
