Description of Work: From only a diagnostic check, I can say I received flippant talk and unreliable promise of a call when the dx was done (thus not having the system over a holiday). Instead of just saying the speakers worked okay, the "smart mouth" employee boasted having had it blasting music for the guys as they worked. Never called to say I could pick it up then when I called, told me to come on a day they were closed (after holiday). Can't say anything about quality of their work as I'd never allow them that chance, so C is the lowest I can rate.

 + -1 moreThey charge $60 to check it out, they called the next day with Est. told me it would be $160 less my deposit for check out and I could have it the next day. I've had it back a couple of weeks now with no issues. I'll be happy if I get a couple more years out of this TV, it is just under 4 years old right now.
Description of Work: My 42" LCD that was just under years old wouldnt power up. They repaired the power supply.

 + -1 moreWe took in our television set twice. The first time it lasted a year, the second time they didn't even look at it for a week, then they hurriedly looked at it and said it needed a new part. It took a few weeks to get the part, and when they fixed it, it stopped working again the next day. They said they'd come pick up the TV and fix it at no charge, so they picked it up, and it's been two weeks and I haven't heard back from them yet. Their hold music is obnoxious, and I was on hold for a long time.
Description of Work: They fixed our television set. We have used them twice.
