Robin was great. He worked with us to get the best deal with the company against the warranty. He saved us a great deal of money and was a pleasure to work with. He called when he was going to be late during the snow storm last week. I was glad to see such customer service and customer appreciation. I will call Robin again if we need any Heating/A&C work.
