Brian was great!  He answered when I called.  He could work me in the next week.  When he showed up he was very respectful and professional during the whole inspection.  At the end he went over everything.  He explained everything very well and answered all our questions.  I would recommend Brian to everyone.   It was the average price for the inspection but I feel we got a great deal with how much information he was able to give us.  Definitely go with Brian!

Brian was friendly, helpful, and I would hire if I move again. He did a very thorough job, including several pictures in a very detailed report. He took the time to explain each area of concern to me and show me why it was something that he suggested I ask the seller to fix. He also made sure that I understood where the main water shut off was, how to know if the furnace was working properly when I turned it on the first time, if my gutters were draining properly, where the cable lines came into the house, etc. As a first time home buyer, I found that information extremely helpful and liked that he spent the time sharing his expertise about how the house may work instead of simply performing an inspection.

Brian arrived and did the home inspection and then went through the results thoroughly. Answered all questions, provided me with detailed report with pics.

UPDATE - I contacted Brian with a few follow up questions and he was willing to take the time to make sure my questions were answered. I cannot recommend Brian Opelt enough!
