Water Softener Service
We have had 3 different services work on my well water over several years. After spending thousands of dollars over the years to try to get it clear, I spoke with Diamond h2o. They provided me with a written money back guarantee if I wasn't satisfied, and told me exactly what they were going to do and how much it would cost. Although it took about a month to get the water perfect they stayed with it, were pleasant, and even took Saturday phone calls from me. They have checked periodically to make sure the water is still clear. Even though they were out here about twice a week for the first month, I never received any service charges. The other services that were unsuccessful at clearing up my water always charged a $90 service charge to come out. I highly recommend this company. They were easy to work with and highly professional!
