My call requesting an estimate was returned the following day, and the owner Noah visited the same day (Friday) to evaluate and estimate. The estimate was reasonable, and I accepted it. Noah originally scheduled the work for Sunday morning, saying his crew was booked for several weeks and that he would do this manageable job himself. Saturday morning I got a call saying that high winds prevented his work on the job he had scheduled so his crew could do my work early. The work was accomplished efficiently and the result was a delighted customer. The project went from inquiry to completion in less than three days. It has not yet been tested by rainstorm, but all work appears to be satisfactory.
