Since we all typically focus on providing feedback on service providers that fall short in some way, I wanted to share the great experience I had recently with Wiczek’s Top Notch Construction on installation of a new roof as well as repairing soffit and fascia. Keith Wiczek is the owner of Top Notch Constructions and you can find his contact information on his website here: [*** Link removed ***] Or call him at 414-397-5054 A friend of mine suggested that I reach out to Keith Wiczek to obtain a quote on the job, which went beyond a normal roof replacement due to the additional repairs required. Keith was very prompt to return my call and arrange an appointment at my house to discuss the job. What impressed me about Keith in comparison to the other vendors I received quotes from was the following: 1. Prompt and professional communication. He advised me on every step of the process. 2. He uses only the highest quality materials from Owens Corning, including their Duration shingles, their synthetic underlayment and ice/water shield. 3. Keith has a team of experienced roofers with the lead roofers have more than 20 years of experience. He had 8 roofers on the job which meant that it was done in a little more than one working day due to weather. He has a separate specialist team that installs gutters and downspouts who were outstanding. 4. Keith’s quality work and the experience of the team allowed them to easily handle special projects like the soffit and fascia repairs I needed as well as special attention around the chimney due to water damage. This was all part of his original quote and I was not upcharged or surprised when the project was done. Keith’s team also custom bends all metal flashing at the roof line for a better, more professional look and fit rather than using prefab, pieced materials like most roofers. 5. Keith’s pricing was incredibly fair for the higher quality work product that he provides. I am happy to provide my highest recommendation for Keith and Wiczek’s Top Notch Construction as they exceeded my expectations in every way and made the process as painless as possible for me.

Great! Fast, efficient, thorough, cleaned up well. Haven't received the warranty from the mfg yet though after 2 1/2 months but Keith is looking into it.

Keith and crew were very professional and prompt. Workmanship is exceptional. Made suggestions/recommendations. Property was left very clean. Keith went the extra mile and worked with our insurance company and multiple adjustors. Would definitely rehire.

Entire crew was working at full speed by 7am, very efficient. Excellent results and done by 5pm! Only found 2 or 3 nails since the job was completed in June 2016. Would definitely recommend!

It went well. Did clean job with both. Had a leak at one point, and was there in a timely manor to repair. roof is tight and looks good.

They came out and removed the old roofing material and hung the new roof. They put in a skylight window which we provided.



They cleaned up well after completion. When my neighbor complained about the music, the immediately turned it down.



We were removing our siding while the roof was being completed. They worked well with us. We are happy with the job and would use them again and have recommended them to others.

They were quick and they were reasonably priced.

It went very well. Keith explained everything very well. The guys(quite a few of them) were very easy to deal with. They did extra steps to make a better seal. They also reinforced and flashed a shaky dormer for no extra charge. They did a very nice looking job and cleaned up very well!

We were very pleased with all of our dealings with Keith. He was prompt in getting to us for an estimate, and made a special point to get us scheduled promptly due to weather concerns. (The work needed to be done before it got too cold because of the materials used on the porch roof.) There was some water damage on the porch roof, and he replaced that wood at no extra charge. Everything was done with very little inconvenience to us. We are very happy with the way the things turned out. The new roof has greatly improved the appearance of our home! And we feel more secure going into another winter, without any worries about ice and water problems.

The job went very well. The owner, Keith, recommended that the chimney be re-built and some trim be replaced due to rot. You could see by looking up at the chimney and the trim that it needed work. The overall estimate was the lowest out of the three estimates that we obtained. There was a substantial amount of rotted wood along the trim of the house and the upper exterior porch railing. Keith replaced it all for time and materials only, which came out to be $700. One small glitch was that a new downspout was attached to the house at a somewhat crazy angle by Keith's crew. Since this is a rental property I was not there to see it done. Keith and I came to inspect the job at the end of the second day and we both agreed that the downspout had to be re-configured to look more pleasing to the eye. He kept his word and came out the next week and added some angles to the downspout at no extra cost. An added benefit to using Keith was that when he came to my house to sign the initial contract, I pointed out that my shingles were raising up in a one foot long area on the roof of the house where I live. This is not the house that I had re-roofed. Keith said that his crew had to come back into the area to finish some work on a house down the road and he would have his people stop by my house and refasten the shingles. Two weeks after the big job was finished on my rental property, two of Keith's people showed up at my other house and did what he said they would do...at no charge!
