Traditional Cleaning Service

They were very nice. It was a mother and daughter and she told me they had been in service for 33 years. I let her know on the phone that I would also like my basement vacuumed, which she said would be an extra $30. I also asked about polishing and dusting, and she said she could that at no extra charge. I noticed while the daughter was cleaning that she was not polishing anything. When I asked her about this and if she could do this, she went back, but I noticed she was only polishing some of the tables, not all. At first, she wanted me to just leave my check and leave, but I let her know I wanted to hangout just to see the job. I let her know the cleaning product I used for hardwood floors, which she said was fine and also assured that she would sweep the floors also. When I went into the kitchen after she completed the work, I also noticed the stove was still dirty, although she said she would take care of all appliances. When I went to check each bathroom, none appeared to have been cleaned at all, including the floors. When I went to check my basement, I noticed it had never been vacuumed, nor were the window seals cleaned. The only place she did vacuum was upstairs, on the main level. I would like my $30 back for my basement not being done and partial money back for the work not being completed on the main levels.

Traditional Cleaning Service is WONDERFUL! The gals really care about our home and provide thorough, top-notch cleaning. They dust, wipe, web, scrub, shine, polish, and vacuum, from top to bottom in every room. They are dependable, responsible, and 100% trustworthy. If we need to request a schedule change, or if our cleaning date falls on a holiday, they accommodate it cheerfully. They use both our cleaning supplies and their own and use their own rags, which is nice because we do not have laundry to deal with. The gals are friendly and flexible. If we need to leave special instructions or request something be done a little differently, they go out of their way to make it happen. We LOVE their attitude! Very professional to deal with. We are very lucky to work with Traditional Cleaning Service and hope to have them for a long, long time!

I loved having the traditional cleaning service in my home. They were prompt and did a wonderful job, my home smelled wonderful, They used a scent that made my home feel like home sweet home!  I have no need to looking for any other cleaning service for my family home because our family found a keeper. I will be having there service come in every other week and I will be letting my friends and family know about them.
