"First Weber and myself did an outstanding job putting this deal back together. First we had a basement issue that we needed to work thru (that the [member name removed]'s felt did not exist despite numerous professional opinions) - which we managed to do; then the home did not appraise (which means I was able to achieve an offer price OVER the market value); Unfortunately, I can not change appraisals and banks will not fund a purchase on a home priced over market value. FWG made concessions for the[member name removed]'s to make this sale happen and their purchase a reality. (Concessions only the Broker could approve - hence my managers involvement) I am disappointed that the [member name removed]'s weren't more grateful of all the time and effort I put into getting this deal done and the Outstanding concessions First Weber (and I) made."
