I have our condo cleaned every other week

Lori and her crew have been cleaning our house for about three years now, every other week. They are very reliable - always show on time and do a great job keeping our house clean. They do a thorough job cleaning the house and don’t cut corners. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, high quality cleaning service for their home. They are also very good at communication - reminder texts the day before and advance notification of any vacations or schedule changes. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!

It goes quite well, they are very professional and friendly, and efficient – as they bring a tight knit group – which is then able to quickly and thoroughly do the entire house in an hour or less.

Lori and her team are great! I look forward to the days I come home to a sparkling house. One thing I really like about her work is that she doesn't use harsh chemicals and the house just smells fresh. Don't hesitate to call her.

Not only is the work professional , but they are punctual and quick and communicate if anything is going to be different schedule wise. What I like also, is that this is a family business, and while she does employ others, I always feel like I know her and her team, and they just feel like an extension of the family to me. When I arrive home from work the evening after Lori and her team have cleaned it is heavenly! They do fantastic work - and are such experienced pros I haven’t had to ask them to do anything beyond what they already do. They know better than me what would be good to do each time they come. Lori also texts me a reminder the day before, which is super helpful, and they are incredibly reliable and always professional. The team is always smiling, too, when I have been home - which says a lot about Lori’s management skills. Lori is direct, clear and fair.
