Bath Planet of Milwaukee

I absolutely recommend Bath Planet. We had 6 estimates. Bath Planet by far gave us the most for the price. Our sales person, Julie, was the main reason we went with Bath Planet. Our meeting with her was extremely informative and we felt her no pressure approach a refreshing change from the other salesman who gave us quotes.She gave us great insight as to what would look best in our remodel. The install was also a great experience, Chip and Jared did a tub to shower conversion, replacement of floor, vanity, toilet, and medicine chest in only a day and a half. They were helpful, friendly and did a very good job. On top of it, the install occurred one month earlier than we were expecting.

After ordering the shower surround, Gary, the owner, came over to do the measuring. We were very impressed with his professionalism. He explained to us what we could expect. Yvonne called when the unit arrived and we set up an installation date. Gary and an assistant came and worked the whole day and a short while on the second day. Both times, it was so quiet, we didn't even know they were here. They cleaned up after themselves and may have cleaned more than their own area! :) We were provided with a list of products to use (or not use), to clean and maintain the surround. We decided to order a 4-function showerhead (there was already one for the handheld), and since we aren't DIYers, we've asked Gary if he can stop by and make the switch. The whole experience was wonderful, and we're thrilled with our new shower - it looks more elegant than it did even with the previous tiling.

If we could give a higher rating than A we would! Our experience with Yvonne and Gary was a pleasure from start to finish. Our home was built in 1927 so the bathroom is small. It had been remodeled by the previous owners in 1993 and tile was used throughout the entire bathroom. The tub/shower area was very difficult to keep clean and rather than trying to regrout we opted for the acrylic surround and tub liner after seeing Bath Planet at a show. Our sales person Jay arrived on time for our appointment and went over all the options available to us. We contracted with them on the spot because of the quality of the product and the warranty. Gary came out and measured and discussed with us some additional changes that we were considering making to the bathroom. We scheduled our install for May because of our schedule and we're very happy we did because in the interim we made some changes to our Bath Planet plan. We upgraded from chrome fixtures to oil rubbed bronze and added some additional shelves to the shower. Yvonne was so gracious every time I called with questions or changes I felt like I was talking to a friend. She even ordered a faucet for our sink to match the tub/shower fixture and then delivered it to our home! On the date of our install Gary and his crew arrived on time. They spread out drop clothes in our hall and stairway and were very neat. To help put our dogs at ease they made friends with them. When they finished the only evidence that they were there was our beautiful new tub/shower area! It makes the entire bathroom look new and we could not be happier!
