We are very pleased with them. They are punctual. One time, a couple of years ago, my tire was not getting along and I stopped there and they looked at it for free.

Aside from the regular oil change and tire rotation, we were experiencing some vibration in the steering wheel up around 65 mph. Technician said most likely this would mean the tires needed balancing. They did so, and the problem was solved. We had a coupon for about 10% off so normal price would be ~$70.

It should have cost me $700; I got it for $350. It was a warranty issue that they actually helped me take care of. They contacted the tire company to help me with the warranty issue. They got me new tires earlier than I should have before the warranty actually expired. I would tell others that Richlonn's Tire and Service Center is definitely someone they have to go to before they go to another tire company. I would absolutely continue to use them in the future.

We were quoted a price from a dealer, so we called him to affirm. He never ripped them a new one or made them sound bad to make himself look good. We have gone there for service as well. They tell you the time that you are getting in and they are on time. They do good work. I can walk there from my house, so transportation isn't an issue if I have to drop my car off. They are really nice people. They can be a little expensive sometimes, but not so bad that I would stop using them.

They squeezed me into their schedule. I had trouble with a valve and the man actually stayed late on a Saturday; he call businesses in the area and get the part for my car. I left something in my car and called to ask the man to get it from my car so I could pick it up when I arrived, and he actually did it.
