MIKE & I AGREED TO THE JOB SPECS AND THE PRICE. HE DID A GOOD JOB ON THE NEW TILE, BUT A VERY POOR JOB ON THE REPAIR WORK. WHEN I POINTED THIS OUT, HE BECAME VERY RUDE AND ALMOST ABUSIVE. IT WAS UNCOMFORTABLE TO HAVE HIM IN MY HOME. HE SIMPLY SAID IT WAS TOO MUCH WORK AND HE WOULDN'T DO IT. HE STORMED OUT OF THE HOUSE AFTER POURING GROUT INTO MY TOILET! THE TOILET HAD TO BE REPLACED. I TRIED TO RESOLVE THIS WITH THE BBB, BUT GOT NOWHERE. THIS WAS AN ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
