J&K Electric submitted the proposal to me on Wed., April 5th, 2006. A week later, I believe it was on a Tuesday, they were suppose to start at 8:00am, and they did not arrive to my home until 11:00am. I also called the City of Milwaukee that morning to find out if J&K took out the permit to start the upgrade on my home at 3121 North 83rd St., and the City told me that J&K had not pulled the permit. When I called the office of J&K Electric, they told me that yes, they had gotten the permit. When they finally arrived, the first thing I asked them again was if they got the permit from the City of Milwaukee to do the work on my home, and the person who stated to me that he was the owner of J&K, said (again) yes, they got the permit early in the morning. I also was told by the City of Milwaukee, that J&K Electric Co. never pulled out the permit to update my service! When they came out to do the work, not only were they about 4 hrs. late, but they came in an unmarked white rusty van.
